In support of the firm’s objectives, each and every one of our support staff has been specifically trained to handle much of the standard day-to-day matters in the unique focus of our practice. Additionally, they have been trained to answer client inquiries from placement through collection of any claim. The nucleus of our staff is entirely cross trained. As we handle only commercial collection matters, our staff is fully equipped to handle most routine inquiries regarding our files, whether from attorneys, debtors, or clients.
Dan Stern, Systems Designer, is the Founder and President of Dan Stern Data Systems and works with The Law Offices of SWEET & WALKER to ensure that our computer and communications systems are efficient, cost-effective, and provide maximum service to our clients. He formed the company in the fall of 2002 after several years as a software consultant and developer specializing in Microsoft Access, Visual Basic and VBA. Dan holds a B. A. in Computer Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Dan teaches Access VBA and Excel VBA classes for AcademyX, and is the organizer for the Berkeley Access Database Users’ Group. He is one of the founders of the new database development company MSAccessToWeb.com.
